How to Prepare a Delicious Olive Leaf Tea

Hot Tea :

  1. Boil 250 ml of water.
  2. Place a La Lorenza olive leaf tea bag in a cup.
  3. Pour the hot water over the tea bag.
  4. Let it rest for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove the bag and, if desired, add a little lemon and La Lorenza honey.
  6. Enjoy.

Iced Tea :

  1. Boil 500 ml of water.
  2. Place two La Lorenza olive leaf tea bags in a pitcher.
  3. Pour the hot water over the tea bags.
  4. Let it rest for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove the bags and let cool.
  6. Add ice and lemon or mint slices to taste.
  7. Enjoy very cold.
