Dried lavender and linseed seeds, covered with 100% cotton lining

To fall asleep: place over your eyes or next to your pillow.

Hot therapy: heat for one minute in the microwave and apply to the area to be treated to relieve muscle, cervical, lumbar, menstrual, arthritis and tired feet pain.

Before putting it on your skin, be sure to check that the temperature is not too high to avoid burns.
