Dried lavender and linseed seeds, covered with 100% cotton lining

To fall asleep: place over your eyes or next to your pillow.

Hot therapy: heat for one minute in the microwave and apply to the area to be treated to relieve muscle, cervical, lumbar, menstrual, arthritis and tired feet pain.
