At La Lorenza we know that sometimes it is difficult to fall asleep, that is why we have created this kit to help you get a deep rest!

All our products contain 100% natural lavender essential oil. This oil in its natural form, in addition to relieving tension and promoting calm, invites deep sleep, reduces anxiety and emotional fatigue.

  • 140 gram Lavender candle in a transparent glass cup with a wooden lid.
  • 118 ml Lavender Dew in glass bottle.
  • 10 ml Lavender roll on in blue glass bottle.
  • Therapeutic lavender and flax seed pad.

At La Lorenza we know that sometimes it is difficult to fall asleep, that is why we have created this kit: to help you get a deep rest!

Step by step to use the kit:

1) LAVENDER CANDLE: Creates a calm and cozy atmosphere. Light the lavender candle and reduce the intensity of the light in your room. Avoid drafts of cold air in it.

2) LAVENDER DEW: Use Lavender Dew by spreading a small amount on the pillows and sheets.

3) LAVENDER CANDLE: Extinguish the candle.

4) LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL ROLL-ON: Use the lavender roll-on on your wrists and temples. Sit on the edge of the bed or on a cushion that allows you to keep your back straight. Using your index fingers, massage small circles on your temples, while keeping your eyes closed and breathing long and deeply. Spend a couple of minutes, or as long as you consider necessary, to feel your breathing.

5) THERAPEUTIC PAD: Place the lavender pad over your eyes, or on your chest and lie on your back. Relax all the muscles in the body, from the feet to the head.

6) Let sleep come naturally, without forcing it or worrying about time.
